Apply public finance principles related to human
resources, including budgeting and wage bill management.
6.
Manage human resource records, audits, data
cleaning, and seniority lists as per records management requirements.
7.
Apply occupational health and safety laws to
promote safe working environments.
8.
Apply performance management systems, including
OPRAS, PEPMIS, PIPMIS, and related frameworks.
9.
Interpret and apply Government Circulars,
Standing Orders, and employment procedures.
10. Apply
ethics, governance, communication, information security, and anti-corruption
principles in HR management.
11. Interpret
and apply key public service laws, regulations, policies, and Human Capital
Management Information Systems (HCMIS). |
