Fee Description:
The TZS 250,000 fee applies exclusively to Online Review Classes. In addition, candidates are required to sit for physical examinations, with registration and examination fees set at TZS 120,000 for TPSC campuses and TZS 150,000 for the Dodoma Centre. Supplementary examinations are charged TZS 70,000 across all campuses and TZS 100,000 at the Dodoma Centre.
Course Overview:
The Management Development for Executive Assistants Level II (MDEA II) examinations are designed to enhance the managerial, supervisory, public relations, customer service, and administrative competencies of Senior Office Management Secretary officers aspiring for promotion to Principal Office Management Secretary II . The programme equips candidates with advanced skills required to supervise office operations, support executive leadership, manage public relations and customer service functions, coordinate office administration, handle conflict, manage office resources and facilities, prepare executive schedules and itineraries, and produce high-quality reports and presentations. The examination framework emphasizes leadership effectiveness, professionalism, accountability, and service excellence in the Public Service.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Apply supervision skills to guide staff, coordinate work, and ensure accountability and performance.
Demonstrate an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Office Managers in supporting executive leadership.
Apply decision-making and problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges.
Apply delegation and office handing-over procedures in line with public service requirements.
Manage public relations functions using appropriate tools and communication channels.
Manage customer service systems and standards to improve service delivery.
Apply conflict management strategies to maintain a positive working environment.
Manage office equipment and facilities in accordance with approved procedures.
Plan and manage executive schedules, duties, and official travel arrangements efficiently.

Course Contents:
The MDEA II examination shall consist of three papers,
structured as follows:

Paper I: Managerial Skills for Office Management
Secretary II
2.
Paper II: Public Relations and Customer Service
Management
3.
Paper III: Office Management and Administration
